WEEK 5 THROUGH DAY 3 TRAINING

Monday AM: 5k run. So slow. Shin splints. Sore calves. PM: Light cycling at bike fitting.

Tuesday AM: 2 mi. 30 min. Walked most of last 400m. A little bit of pain. Now some in my quad too. WTF?? Bad dizzy spell today too.

Wednesday AM: RREAAALLY bad dizzy spell during day but PM managed 2 mi. Tiger balm. PM: strength/stretching.


Oh, God, please let me manage this injury well. Triathlon and endurance running are the only things in my life which give me the sense of pride, accomplishement and strength I so desparately need as well as an outlet for my furious nervous energy.
