I am officially registered for Miami Man (International Distance).

I have a very sore toe.  The tops of my feet and my big toes were achy before, but it went away.  Now my right big toe is aching.  I don't get it.  I'm a little stressed about it, because if it doesn't go away it could hamper my training.

And that's exactly why I rested today. I did strength instead of running.
This weekend's 4-hour sufferfest was a giant success.  40 miles of riding and over 3 miles of running were accomplished.  I didn't puke.  More on that later too.

The week ended with 3 bikes, 3 runs, 1 swim, and 8 hours of training.  This week 9 hours and 55 minutes are on the schedule. 

I'll take it.
