WEEK 8, Day 2: Playing it by leg

I seem to have located the two spots that give me the most pain. When I am seated I can really feel one of my glute/hip muscles sort of knotted up and out of whack, and when standing I can really feel my right upper thigh/hip muscle sort of kinked up. I'm the office gimp. I can barely get down the stairs.

I slept this morning instead of running, so tonight before yoga I'm shooting for a little 1-mile run to see how I do. If I do good, I'll add a mile. If I don't, I'll only go half a mile.

Playing it by ear . . . or by leg, if you will.
