WEEK 7 DAY 3: NO SPEEDWORK BEFORE A LONG SWIM

I know, it should make sense, but I did it anyway and I was POOPED after I did 3 miles of intervals and swam my 1000 SLOOOOW. I also whacked a lot of loose moss and crap in the water. The weekday openwater swims are a bit scarier 'cause you're going across the lake and back alone . . . kept freaking out thinking there was a gator or a snake. Fucking people . . . if they'd stop talking about them, I'd forget they were there!

Tomorrow's agenda is a slight rest since today was a brick; only one workout, a social ride in the evening. Friday is my flex day and I'll definitely do power yoga at 9am, but I'm debating whether my swim beforehand should be OW or pool drills. I guess we'll find out!
