Reverse Taper . . . St. Anthony's Signup is Saturday . . .

How do you stop a moving vehicle? You put it in reverse.

That's what I'm doing this week. Except I'm getting a stationary vehicle started again. A run every day or 2 for the next few weeks, following Hal Higdon's novice recovery plan for the most part.

Life is chaotic . . . my thoughts are hectic. This week I sign up for St. Anthony's and next week I'm doing the Reindeer Run 5k. I'm meeting with a pace group to run the course and then run the race. We'll see how that goes.
