RETURN TO TRAINING WEEK 3

2 MILES. I MADE IT.

23:28, really slow but considering I had to flat out stop not bad. It's going to be at least a few weeks before I get comfortable again though . . . achilles and calves were so tight. I also found out I didn't make the New York Marathon. I can do Chicago for Team in Training but I have to raise $3700 for Leukemia/Lymphoma Research.

In the mean time, I'm putting a few short tris on my calendar. I'm thinking I'm ready to start swimming again. I just have to figure out how to get myself up early enough. Stupid fucking narcolepsy.
